Below you will find the letter that was posted out to all
Teen Missions Participants. You can use the reference
numbers below to view the flight itinerary for your group by
clicking on "View Itinerary" and entering the data below.

Dear Teen
Missions 2007-08 Participant:
We are
the travel agency looking after the group arrangements for
Teen Mission participants 2007-2008. We would like you to be
aware of the following information:
1.
PASSPORTS:
Your passport
must be valid for at least six months beyond intended
time away.
2.
HEALTH:
Travel
agents are not permitted to give out medical advice, apart
from any compulsory inoculations requested by governments.
There is nothing compulsory for any of this year’s
teams, however we suggest that you may like to take optional
precautions.
Here are two web sites of travel vaccination companies that
you can check out:

3.
FREQUENT FLYER
POINTS :
For teams travelling on
Singapore Airlines (India/Thailand/Myanmar) no frequent
flyer points apply.
Mexico/Uganda
teams – can accrue points on Cathay Pacific (50% of normal
accrual rate) and Air Pacific/Qantas flights under the
Qantas or American Airlines Aadvantage (free to join!)
program.
Vanuatu
team – can accrue points under the
QANTAS
program
Samoa
– Can accrue points
under Virgin Blue's Velocity program.
You
may fax, email or mail your frequent
flyer numbers to us, if applicable, between 1-21 December
2007. Not
before/after these dates please.
Please keep your boarding passes as you fly to verify
your statement.
4.
TICKETS:
If for any reason you need a copy of the ticket
before you get to Tewantin, you may request a copy from us,
either by email, fax or mail.
You should only request a copy between the
dates of 19th to
30th November
2007, after which tickets will be at Tewantin.
Copies may be needed for any tax free purchases, or
proof of travel for other reasons.
5.
VISAS:
A visa in advance, in your
passport, is needed for all passport holders for the India +
Vietnam teams.
Ugandan team will obtain a visa on arrival but must have
yellow fever certificate in advance, Non-Aussie passport
holders should check with us.
Mexico team is via the USA and passports must be
valid for travel to the USA.

Unlimited medical cover for Ugandan/Mexico teams
and A$350000 cover for Asian teams and A$100000 for
Pacific Islands teams.
Also includes luggage (upto A$600 per item or
A$2000 for cameras/video/laptop), travel delay, death,
dental, cancellation
No excess applies to this policy.

This
policy limites all teams to A$50000 medical, and luggage
to A$2500 (A$250 per item max) along with
dental,cancellation. This policy has a A$100 excess per
claim.
